It’s proved in researches that 8-10 hours sleep is necessary for all of us; however, if we analyze it from the perspective of world’s most successful people, we can easily deny this study, as there are several successful people who hardly sleep for around 4-6 hours and they have attained all the luxuries and success stuff in life!
Below are 10 such people:
1. Jack Dorsey – Twitter Founder & Square CEO
Dorsey said in an interview that he used to spend 8-10 hours at Twitter and 8-10 hours at Square, both daily in a span of just 24 hours. Hats off to this man who even in such a busy schedule, wakes up at 5:30 am for jogging! Jack sleeps for around 4-5 hours a day.

2. Shah Rukh Khan – Bollywood Actor
This superstar King Khan of Bollywood movies has a very busy schedule due to which he sleeps only for 4 hours.

3. Mark Zuckerberg – Founder of Facebook
This guy sleeps for about 5 hours and does not waste time even in choosing T-shirts; that’s why he is always seen wearing the same grey T-shirt all the time.

4. Narendra Modi – Prime Minister of India
Narendra Modi is the current Prime Minister of India and Former Chief Minister of Gujarat. It’s a thing of great surprise that even at the age of 63, he is so dynamic and active that you will not easily see any trace of exhaustion or giving up. He is very diligent and industrious & sleeps only for around 4-5 hours daily.

5. Bill Gates – Founder & Ex-CEO of Microsoft
This inventor, computer programmer, investor, philanthropist and American business magnate is undoubtedly counted as one of the most successful people of the world and sleeps barely for 6 hours a day.

6. Marissa Mayer – CEO of Yahoo
Marissa has earned worldwide repute for being very hard-working at Google where she worked for around 130 hours weekly. So she is habitual of sleeping for very little time, i.e., around 4-6 hours.

7. Barack Obama – President of the United States
Needless to say, schedule of a president is extremely busy so there is no wonder if he gets very little time to sleep. As far as Barack Obama is concerned, he sleeps for less than 6 hours a day.

8. Dominic Orr – President & CEO of Aruba Networks
In accordance with Wall Street Journal, Dominic Orr gets merely about 4 hours to sleep. As a matter of fact, he is used to of getting up prior to sunrise as well as working in evening.

Clinton is the one who was widely acknowledged for sleeping merely 5-6 hours every day; however, he had to change this schedule after heart surgery.
