12 Workouts You Can Do Anywhere

12 Workouts You Can Do Anywhere

I'm generally a pretty lazy creature. I'm okay with that--naps are my life. However, there is nothing more satisfying than breaking a sweat. Going to the gym tends to be an ordeal for me, because my gym doesn't have free parking, which is LAME, and there are no direct buses. So instead, I opt to do whatever workouts that I can at home. I have free weights, I have a yoga mat, and resistance bands. That's pretty much all you need for a good workout, and often times, even less. So if you travel often, and your hotel doesn't always have a gym, or you are self-conscious, or if you just hate schlepping to the gym, these at-home workouts are perfect for you.

1.15 Minute Barre Workout

Barre workouts target all of your muscles at once, but they can be expensive! Grab a chair and build your core.

2. Leg Workout

This lady is doing the workout in her backyard! Grab some free weights and get your squat on. (Pro tip: if you don't have free weights, you can used canned foods.)

3. Inner Thigh Workout

So many people are self-conscious about their inner thighs (me too, boo) and these workouts will give you thunder thighs--of STEEL.

4. 10 Minute HIIT Workout

Push it, push it, to the limit, limit, cause you're in it to win it, in it to win it, OH YEAH. That was me and Corbin Bleu cheering for you. You got this.

5. Full Body Workout

This workout reminds me of the song 'Countdown' by Beyonce. Get a full body workout in no time.

6. Sitting Workout

We know you're on another "Facebook break" while you're at work, so make at least some part of your day productive.

7. Beginner Bodyweight Workout

Everybody has to start somewhere.

8.New Year's Workout

You might not know this, but the right time to decide that you're going to get fit is not at the beginning of the year. The gym will be crowded, and you might wind up paying for a membership that you're not going to use beyond January. Start getting fit now, at home, and save yourself the packed gym and no available treadmills.

9. Gravity Workout

There are plenty of workouts that you can do during commercials of your favorite shows: this is one of them! Easy peezy.

10. Upper Body Pyramid Workout

Try out this great beginner workout!

11. Resistance Bands

These fold up small and can travel with you anywhere! They can be used to work out pretty much any part of your body.

12. Squat Challenge

Try an easy challenge that doesn't require a lot of work.
