Reducing your daily calorie intake is extremely beneficial because this way you create a calorie deficit. This in turn makes your body burn the stored fat in order to create more energy. Eventually, your inner thighs will start reducing in size. You will get the best results if you aim at 1000 calories a day.

Your major dietary change should be introducing more fiber-rich foods that will curb your cravings. Also, you should increase your meal intake so that you avoid overeating. You should focus on smaller meals that are sufficient to satiate your hunger, a bowl of bean soup for example.

Tip 3

Last, but not least, an important dietary change should be cutting out sugary or calorie-rich drinks such as milk shakes, beer, wine, flavored lattes and sodas. These are abundant in calories that will only hamper with your weight loss goals. Instead, you should introduce calorie-free beverages that will promote faster weight loss.
